淺談ATA5830構(gòu)成的低功耗UHF ASK(FSK)RF收發(fā)方案
摘要: ATA5830是通用高度集成低功耗UHFASK/FSKRF單片收發(fā)器,包括了RF部分,數(shù)字基帶和AVR微控制器內(nèi)核,內(nèi)核是采用增強(qiáng)RISC架構(gòu)的低功耗CMOS8位MCU。

  ATA5830是通用高度集成低功耗UHF ASK/FSK RF單片收發(fā)器,包括了RF部分,數(shù)字基帶和AVR 微控制器內(nèi)核,內(nèi)核是采用增強(qiáng)RISC架構(gòu)的低功耗CMOS 8位MCU.收發(fā)器工作在ISM頻段,頻率范圍為310MHz- 318MHz, 418MHz-477MHz以及 836MHz - 928MHz,數(shù)據(jù)速率0.5k到20kBit/s Manchester,工作電壓1.9V-3.6V和4.5V-5.5V,工作溫度–40℃到+105℃,主要用在RKE,TPMS,遙控起動(dòng)和控制系統(tǒng),以及智能RF應(yīng)用。
