  MCP795WXX/BXX RTCC器件具有毫秒報(bào)警功能,以及支持極快速數(shù)據(jù)存取的10 MHz SPI接口,從而能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)較長(zhǎng)的MCU休眠和省電模式,電池耗電量更少。其他低功耗功能還包括僅消耗RTCC器件最小電流的兩個(gè)事件檢測(cè)輸入,但當(dāng)按下開(kāi)關(guān)或發(fā)生篡改系統(tǒng)事件時(shí)即可喚醒MCU。此外,這些器件作為一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品還包括三種非易失性存儲(chǔ)器:EEPROM、SRAM和一個(gè)惟一的ID(訂購(gòu)時(shí)可指定空白或預(yù)編程MAC地址),可進(jìn)一步減少元件數(shù)量和降低與序列化編程相關(guān)的成本。利用自動(dòng)電池切換功能提供備用電源,電源故障時(shí)間戳可記錄任何電源故障的發(fā)生時(shí)間和持續(xù)時(shí)長(zhǎng);而且這些器件具有廣泛的數(shù)字微調(diào)范圍,可補(bǔ)償晶振頻率因溫度的漂移,從而能夠在廣泛的溫度范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)精確計(jì)時(shí)。在使用第二個(gè)低頻晶振的設(shè)計(jì)中,引導(dǎo)時(shí)鐘選項(xiàng)可在上電時(shí)提供32 kHz的時(shí)鐘頻率,無(wú)需使用第二個(gè)晶振。

  MCP795XX SPI RTCC PICtail™ Plus子板(部件編號(hào)AC164147)將于2012年2月開(kāi)始供貨,屆時(shí)可以通過(guò)microchipDIRECT(http://www.microchip.com/get/FU5C)訂購(gòu)。該板可以與Microchip的Explorer 16開(kāi)發(fā)板(部件編號(hào)DM240001)和PIC18 Explorer板(部件編號(hào)DM183032)配合使用,能夠幫助設(shè)計(jì)人員在其應(yīng)用中演示MCP795WXX/BXX RTCC器件。
