摘要: 近年來隨著現(xiàn)場科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展并廣泛應(yīng)用于軍事領(lǐng)域,相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)訓(xùn)練必將進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的改革,對專業(yè)知識化、新技術(shù)平臺化、系統(tǒng)集成化等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的要求亦將大大提高。由于訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容日益增加,出現(xiàn)了訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容加大及訓(xùn)練難度強(qiáng)化的必然趨勢。實(shí)際場景下,由于受場地、設(shè)備、器械等原因無法開展相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的訓(xùn)練及全過程全要素的演練,故需要采用全新的科學(xué)技術(shù)手段,通過虛擬與實(shí)際相結(jié)合、演訓(xùn)與考核相結(jié)合等不斷改革專業(yè)訓(xùn)練方法。通過虛實(shí)交互技術(shù)使訓(xùn)練方式的操作靈活性、便利性及易用性顯而易見,也為新技術(shù)新設(shè)備的研發(fā)測試帶來更安全更可靠的技術(shù)支撐。本演訓(xùn)平臺充分運(yùn)用模擬訓(xùn)練部署、模擬業(yè)務(wù)部署等方式通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)、控制、仿真、光電等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)軍事業(yè)務(wù)訓(xùn)練演練全過程要素應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)范訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容、提高訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量、強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練效果、衡量訓(xùn)練水平及檢驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練成果等目的。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of field science and technology and its wide application in military field, relevant professional training will be reformed accordingly. The application fields such as professional knowledge, new technology platform and system integration will also be greatly enhanced. As the content of training increases day by day, there is an inevitable trend of increasing content and difficulty of training. In actual scenarios, due to the site, equipment, equipment and other reasons, relevant business training and the whole process of all elements of the drill cannot be carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt brand-new scientific and technological means, through the combination of virtual and practical, the combination of training and assessment and so on. Through virtual and real interaction technology, the operation flexibility, convenience and ease of use of training mode are obvious, and it also brings more secure and reliable technical support for the research and development of new technology and equipment. The platform makes full use of simulation training deployment, simulation service deployment and other methods to realize the application of elements in the whole process of military operational training and drill through network, control, simulation, photoelectric and other technologies,to standardize training content, improve training quality, strengthen training effect, measure training level and test training results.

0 引言

    習(xí)主席簽署中央軍委命令,向全軍發(fā)布開訓(xùn)動員令,引領(lǐng)激勵全軍官兵實(shí)戰(zhàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)、按綱施訓(xùn)、從嚴(yán)治訓(xùn),不斷深化新時(shí)代練兵實(shí)踐,掀起大抓實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練新高潮。各單位積極貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)主席重要指示,適應(yīng)新時(shí)代練兵備戰(zhàn)要求,加快推進(jìn)新型軍事訓(xùn)練體系建設(shè),切實(shí)加強(qiáng)實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練,堅(jiān)持訓(xùn)戰(zhàn)一致的原則,強(qiáng)化險(xiǎn)難科目訓(xùn)練,加強(qiáng)全建制、全員額、全裝備、全內(nèi)容、全過程的訓(xùn)練和演練,使軍事訓(xùn)練真正成為未來的“預(yù)實(shí)踐”[1-3]

    本演訓(xùn)平臺為貫徹落實(shí)軍事訓(xùn)練體系要求而設(shè)計(jì),借助虛擬仿真系統(tǒng)和設(shè)施設(shè)備實(shí)物縮比模型、實(shí)裝操作裝置等軟硬件,面向崗位操作、測發(fā)流程模擬演練的系統(tǒng)平臺[4]。平臺具有綜合、實(shí)景、開放和虛實(shí)交互等特點(diǎn),覆蓋測試發(fā)射的全流程、全專業(yè)、全崗位的培訓(xùn)、訓(xùn)練、演練體系。平臺按照緊貼任務(wù)、緊貼裝備、緊貼崗位培訓(xùn)要求實(shí)現(xiàn)從原理認(rèn)知到模擬操作至實(shí)裝操作的學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐過程,開展專業(yè)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)原理認(rèn)識、崗位模擬操作訓(xùn)練、典型任務(wù)實(shí)裝演練,實(shí)現(xiàn)訓(xùn)戰(zhàn)一致、試訓(xùn)一致的軍事任務(wù)的全流程、全要素綜合演訓(xùn)。
